HRBP Coaching Posture Training

At the end of this course, the beneficiaries will be able to adopt the coaching posture in order to develop the autonomy of employees and managers, to help them manage pressure and to stimulate their learning:

Better manage emotions in difficult situations and keep the right distance

Workshop 2:
Clarify the needs of your interlocutor and bring out an explicit request for support
Support your interlocutor in a coaching posture to respond to their request

Find the keys to give you the confidence to take on the coaching posture and strengthen the legitimacy you give yourself in this role

Better manage blocking situations with your interlocutors

Workshop 1 program: Introduction to the coaching posture

  • Appropriate the meaning of the posture of HR coach

  • What are the differences with the referent and adviser posture?

  • Construction of individual development plans in pairs (co-coaching)

Workshop 3 program:

  • Feedback on your first steps as HRBP coach
  • Reminder of the key points of the coaching posture 
    • What, why and how? 
  • Work on your obstacles to adopting the HRBP coach posture 
  • Contribution and practice of key tools of the coaching posture
  • Adopting the meta position and meta-communicate
  • Exploring reference frameworks and reframing

 

Workshop 4 program:

  • Contribution and practice of key tools of the coaching posture
  • Removing misconceptions
  • Confronting
  • Understanding your power, omnipotence, impotence
  • Practicing the coaching posture

1 - A pragmatic approach

  • For each participant to use the tools developed during the training in their professional reality, we recommend an approach focused on the real problems of the participants, integrating a maximum of concrete elements of their context (culture, values, strategic stakes, problems, etc.).
  • We also believe that the evolution of postures requires identifying and removing our personal obstacles to action, which implies closely linking content (rational/logical) and process (perception/emotion) in the approach adopted.
  • Finally, we recommend the use of various teaching methods to allow participants to experience the operational use of tools and concepts.

2 - Continuous assessment of learning

- During the training

  •  Scenarios / Exercises / Rephrasing
  • Time dedicated to anchoring knowledge in the reality of each person
  • Regular synthesis of learning by participants (what I learned and how I learned it)
  • Preparation of an Individual Development Plan (IDP)

 

- At the end of the training

  • Follow-up of the IDP
  • Report and share within the limits of confidentiality with the prescriber(s)
