MBTI is an internationally recognized tool enabling people to be aware of their psychological preferences in 4 key dimensions:

Our team uses this tool to enable people to be more self aware, and more importantly, to have a better understanding of how they interact with other people and with their professional environment.

MBTI is shared with participants so as to reveal their natural preferences and to perceive what needs to be adjusted or modified. Our coaches place great importance on enabling participants to find their own zones of development and freedom.

Method & Procedure

MBTI is used at the outset of a coaching process and is followed by a 90′ debriefing session. It enables people to understand how they function as a person and as a manager/leader.
